Standing together against COVID-19 and Flu.

This survey-based study is looking at how COVID-19 and flu impacts people's daily life and regular activities. It will help us understand how to best support people as they recover from COVID-19 and flu. Those who qualify for the study can earn reward (gift) cards as compensation for their time and effort.


Those who may qualify:

Adults who have recently tested positive for COVID-19 and/or flu, and self-reported at least one symptom.

Earn Reward (Gift) Cards

  • In appreciation, participants will earn reward (gift) cards as compensation for various surveys completed during the study. Earn a $25 reward (gift) card for taking the first survey and earn up to $215 more in rewards for taking 11 additional surveys over six months. The reward (gift) cards may be used everywhere debit cards are accepted. Restrictions may apply; see www.mydashcard.com for more details.
